Q: Describe a day in your role as Editor at NHO?<\\/p>\\n
A: I\\u2019m responsible for penning the design narratives and media releases for our clients, and crafting ad-hoc written content for their award submissions, websites, blogs, and social channels. I also manage NHO\\u2019s internal content, including our Essays, Book Club and Perspective series, social media and NHO Mail \\u2014 a quarterly newsletter mail-out. <\\/p>\\n
Given my varied task list, I begin each day by checking a priorities document, where I track deliverables and upcoming tasks. This allows me to set a rough agenda for the day and week, and manage deadlines to keep all content items humming along \\u2014 particularly for our internal content, which we produce to a particular cadence. I relish the diversity of my role and feel incredibly grateful to reflect on our clients\\u2019 considered work across interior design, architecture and property, retail, hospitality, and culture. <\\/p>\\n
After hours, I attend design events and exhibitions with the team as often as possible, which always leaves me feeling inspired and connected.
