Pride Pitstop

Clear skies and a sunny top of 25°C last Sunday made for a wonderful close to Midsumma Festival, Australia’s premier queer arts and cultural event.
We were pleased to host a Pride Pitstop, with refreshments thanks to our friends at StrangeLove and Lip Service, hydrating us before we headed out into the rainbow-fuelled throng as Gertrude, Smith and Peel Streets in Fitzroy and Collingwood came alive.
The now legendary one-day street party, Victoria Street Pride, is a free and inclusive celebration of Victoria’s LGBTIQA+ communities, allies, and friends – plus a wonderful opportunity to celebrate community.
