At NHO, we consume a lot of media – possibly too much – however we are currently diving into design podcasts. What I’ve Learned by Stacy Shoemaker Rauen for Hospitality Design magazine is particularly good, and we loved this week’s episode with interior designer, Joyce Wang. There’s so much to glean from the experience of others. It took us back to Hong Kong Business of Design Week in 2018, and a little dinner we hosted at Mott 32 (pictured), designed by Joyce Wang Studio. As Joyce says in the episode, food is just as important as design, and it shows – we’re still thinking about that duck, and that interior! Pro tip: preorder the duck(s).
